Shipping

After payment confirmation, we carefully prepare and package each plant for safe transport. Shipping costs are negotiated separately after your order is placed, based on the delivery address, selected plants, package size, and delivery requirements.

Once the shipping details are confirmed, we will provide the available delivery options and tracking information when applicable. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.

Our Plants

We offer rare and exotic live plants. Every plant is unique, so size, leaf count, color, variegation, root condition, and overall appearance may vary. Product photos are for reference unless the listing clearly states that you will receive the exact plant shown.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We may correct pricing errors, update availability, or cancel an order when necessary because of inventory changes, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. An order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Live Plant Condition

Live plants may experience normal shipping stress, including minor leaf damage, yellowing, dehydration, leaf loss, or root stress. These conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund when the plant remains viable and can recover with proper care.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping box. An uninterrupted unboxing video is strongly recommended.

Possible Solutions

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement plant, store credit, partial refund, or refund. Each case is evaluated individually.

Normal Shipping Stress

Minor cosmetic damage, yellowing, dehydration, leaf loss, or root stress is not automatically eligible for a refund when the plant is viable and can recover with proper care.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before preparation or shipping arrangements have started.
